At Alino Dropship, customer satisfaction is important. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, our refund policy is limited and includes a 15% processing/restocking fee.
Refund Eligibility
We accept only RTO’s if:
1. The item is Not Delivered, Incorrect Address, Cancelled before delivering.
2.The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
1. Successfully delivered Products.
2. Late deliveries due to customers, carrier delays, or natural events
3. Opened products Packages.
Refund Process
If approved:
1. A 25% deduction will be applied to cover transaction and processing fees
2. The remaining 75% will be refunded in terms of coupon code within 7–10 business days
