At Alino Dropship, customer satisfaction is important. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, our refund policy is limited and includes a 15% processing/restocking fee.

Refund Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests if:
1. The item is Not Delivered, Incorrect Address, Cancelled before delivering.
2.The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
1. Successfully delivered Products.
2. Late deliveries due to customers, carrier delays, or natural events
3. Opened products Packages.

Refund Process
If approved:
1. A 15% deduction will be applied to cover transaction and processing fees
2. The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

How to Request a Refund
1. Email alinodropship@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos
3. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days
